All in 10 minutes a day

Go ahead give yourself an excuse

No anymore, there is not excuse for not having 10 minutes a day to exercise.  In fact just by turning of the T.V. you probably have 2-3 hours to workout.  Now I don't know of too many people that exercise 2-3 hours per week besides athletes and hard core body builders.  But for the average person, exercising 30 minutes a day should be habitual, like brushing your teeth.  So it is not the time that is the problem but getting into the habit that is.

Ok, now the solution

Tony Horton has a program that I have been using called 10 minute trainer. You have the option to work out for 10, 20 or 30 minutes everyday.  He takes a lot of the moves from his P90X programs and does a little modifying so the movements have optimal effect for the short time you work the program.  Now I am a person that can workout with some of the best of them and after a few months of "time" being an issue, I started this program.  I will work you to a sweat in now time.  My shirt is soaked! The benefits od this program is that is can be modified for people that are over weight and have joint problems.  Most of the program is using a weight band so it is based on the tension you set for.  All in all, if you complain. Scratch that. If you give the excuse that you have no time and you cannot give up 10 minutes to a longer healthier life then you need to readjust your priorities.  You health is just as important to you as it is to your family.  You want to be around for a long time.  Excuses will NOT make that happen
